A website visit, enquiry, requested date or quote alone does not confirm a booking. A booking is accepted only after both sides agree the service location, task list, appointment window, total price and payment arrangements. You must be an adult authorized to arrange access to the property.

Coverage and appointments depend on your location, access conditions and team availability. Cleaning is delivered on-site, with booking arranged remotely. We do not promise service in every location, 24-hour answering, immediate attendance or a specific time until confirmed.
Pricing and payment
The total price and any taxes, fees, deposit and payment timing must be stated before you accept. Additional tasks or changes in scope require your agreement to any additional charge. The website does not collect payments or card details. Request an itemized explanation if a quote is unclear.
